USF's personal-training programs have increased in popularity over recent years. The FIT Program, which pairs seniors from the Exercise Science program at USF with faculty and staff members, is a unique program. Students work with clients to complete fitness assessments, create individualized training plans, monitor post-assessments, and assess the results. Maureen Chiodini, a USF instructor, says that the FIT Program complements university coursework and gives students real-world experience.

Students, faculty and staff at USF can enjoy the three fitness centres for $316 per annum. You can purchase monthly and daily guest passes for faculty and staff.
